- Morning routine (e.g., getting ready on time)
- Afternoon and evening routines (e.g., getting homework done and getting in bed when told)
- Adaptive skills (e.g., getting dressed, brushing teeth, maximizing independence at home and in other settings)
- Parenting skills to reduce problem/inappropriate behavior and enhance family relationships
- Positive behavior management programs for your home
- How to handle difficult behaviors in public settings
- Social anxiety
50-minute therapy sessions are approached using a cognitive-behavioral (CBT) or behavioral framework.
